On completing your order, you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation by e-mail. Other updates regarding your order will also be communicated by e-mail. So, make sure we have your correct email address. If you’re unsure please click here to double check. For example, you will also receive an e-mail from us when your order is sent from our warehouse. In the e-mail that you will receive, you will also find information on how to track and trace your package online.

Your order is always delivered within 24 hours during weekdays. (in The Netherlands, please see for an complete overview of our international delivery timings here). Our ordering & delivery process is very closely geared to each other. While this is testimony to our operational excellence, it also means that our system does not allow cancellation or modification of an order. Your order is thus conclusive, but never final as you are always free to return or exchange your purchased items free of charge within the 2 week trial period.

Orders inside The Netherlands are usually delivered the next workday. Orders outside The Netherlands may take up to 6 working days to be delivered. please click here for an complete overview of our international delivery timings.

Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address you’ve registered with us. It is however possible that your order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with your local delivery service. In that case we will personally inform you right away but we can’t be held responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.

Go to your account on the website and open your order history. Here you will find all the orders you ever placed categorized by order number and date. Select the order you would like to return and fill in the return form and print this form. Please carefully read the following information first.

• Unfortunately we can not accept products that you already have in possession for more than 14 days and/or that you have not bought in the webshop www.gsus.com.
• Return shipments are only possible when you have reported this to the customer service within 14 days of receipt.
• The return form should be complete; half completed forms will not accepted and you will be notified by email in this case.
• The product should not show marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and wear use damage.
• The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached.
• The items(s) should be in the original packagin.g

Items that are not reported to us before you send them back will not accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item, please note that we only can send you the same item in a different size and/or color. Please indicate your wishes clearly on the return form. We can not guarantee that the desired item actually is in stock when we process your request. If the desired item is out of stock, we will give you a total refund.

Exchanging or returning of an item is only possible if the item is returned in its original condition, with attached hangtags and in its original packaging. Notwithstanding the above, it is possible to try on the ordered items. At arrival in our central depot your products will be inspected for any use damage such as smell, stains and defects. We can not accept products that have not been bought in our own webshop.

In case you should receive a wrong item, the return or exchange of the item will be completely at our expense. Please follow the usual procedure of returning or exchanging an item. You should indicate which item(s) you have incorrectly received, which item you’ve ordered and which item you still have to receive.

1. Verify our returns and exchange policy for returning / exchanging of products.
2. Go to your account, order history and select the order you want to return.
3. Create your return form, print and fill out the complete form.
4. Pack your products and return form in a protective package.
5. Take your package, provided with an address label, to the postal or package service.
6. Upon receipt at our central depot, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of receipt.
7. Your products will be inspected to check whether they meet our return conditions.
8. You will receive an e-mail with the results of the inspection.
9. We strive to return your payment or item(s) within 14 days.
10. During the transferring of your credit or the shipment of your products, you will be informed about the progress per e-mail.

Products that are defective upon receipt can be returned free of charge. If it concerns the guarantee arrangement you have to pay these costs yourself. If it proves that the product rightly falls within the guarantee arrangement, your order and costs will be refunded. If you want to return or exchange an items, the shipping costs will be at your expence.

Download this form from your order history in your account at www.g-sus.com Go to 'order history', select the order you want to return and create your return form. Print the form, fill it out completely and add it to your return package.

As soon as your returned items have arrived in our central depot, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have shipped your items back to us and have not received a confirmation email after one week, please contact our Customer Service, indicating your returned items and the order number. As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will confirm the receipt by e-mail. We need at the most 2 weeks to refund your payment. It may happen that it takes up to 3 weeks before our bank transfer is listed on your bank statement (in particular this may happen in case of a credit card payment). We credit the amount to your account through the original payment method.

Our products are carefully composed and are of high quality. However it still is possible that a manufacturing defect arises. When an item shows defects or manufacturing defects upon receipt, you can return the goods at our expense by completing the return form and follow further instructions from there on.

Products that are defective upon receipt can be returned free of charge. If it concerns the guarantee arrangement you have to pay these costs yourself. If it proves that the product rightly falls within the guarantee arrangement, your order and costs will be refunded.
