How can I confirm gsus has received my order?
When you've completed your order, you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation by e-mail. Other updates regarding your order will also be communicated by e-mail. So, make sure we have your correct e-mail address. If you created an account, then you can also find your order on your account page.
How can I cancel my order?
Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order via e-mail or phone. Please note that we ship your items the same day. If the items you wish to cancel are already on your way to the delivery address we kindly ask you to use the regular return procedure (explained below) after you've received your order for a faster handling. After we received your notification or received your items we will refund you within 14 days (whichever means comes first). We can ask you for a proof of return to speed up the refund.
The online shop is missing one size, is it still possible to order it?
Our online shop shows the complete assortment available. When we receive new stock, all items should be visible in our webshop immediately. Unfortunately, we can't deliver products that aren't currently available in our webshop. It's possible that these items are available at our gsus stores. For more information about their stock please contact our Customer Service.

Note that we can't order products which aren't available in the webshop. We can help you find the desired item(s) at our gsus stores.

You can pay your order with iDeal, Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard) and Paypal
How do I know if my payment was successful?
Once the order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address you've provided. If you've problems with completing your payment, please contact our Customer Service. We'll do our utmost to resolve the issue.
Is it safe to order online?
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
All items entering a foreign country outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. g-sus.com is not able to determine these costs at checkout. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
