Can I return items?

Yes, it's possible to return items. If you are not completely satisfied about your purchase at www.g-sus.com, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Sending items back with PostNL is free of charge within the Netherlands, even during the Sale period. Returns outside the Netherlands are for your own account. When you return the complete order you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.

If you placed your order with Klarna the instructions below are also applicable for you. You will receive a new payment link from Klarna that will replace the old payment link.

Don’t forget to attach the filled out return ticket to your package. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact Customer Service. You can reach us on workdays between 09.00-18.00 at +31 (0)20 509 55 80 or send an email to support@g-sus.com.

Returning

Please provide your package to a postal or package service. The returning costs are for your own account if you return from outside the Netherlands. We advise you to keep the track&trace number until you receive a confirmation of arrival of the package. That way we can always help you to find your package in case needed. For international returns (outside the Netherlands), Please provide your package with the following address:

B Wrong color
C Wrong item
D Item is damaged

The full amount (including the delivery costs, if applicable) will be refunded to your account through the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the package in our warehouse or after submitting a cancellation.

Terms & Conditions

  • You may return item(s) that are sold and fulfilled by www.g-sus.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • We cannot accept item(s) without a complete return form and that are not reported to us.
  • The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached in the original packaging.
  • The product shouldn't show marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and use damage.
  • The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • Enclose the original return form. If you haven't received a return form or have lost it, you can download the withdrawal form and enclose it with your returned goods. Click here to download the withdrawal form.

Can I exchange an item?

It's not possible to exchange an item directly. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to follow the same procedure as returning. Place the exchanging item as a return, send it back and order a new item.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order or return item(s) within 14 days after ordering or after delivery. After your cancellation or notice of return you have 14 days to return items to our warehouse for a full refund (including delivery cost, if applicable - orders above € 50,- are free of delivery cost). Follow the steps below to register your return first. Sending items back with PostNL is free within the Netherlands. Make sure you include the complete return form to your parcel for a correct handling.

If you wish to cancel your order please note that the merchandise may be already underway to your mentioned delivery address. We kindly ask you to use the mentioned procedure to return the items to our warehouse for a faster handling of your refund.

We may wait with payment until we receive your order in our warehouse or you may deliver us a receipt of return for faster handling. Payments to your account will be done within 14 days after cancellation and proof of return. Please note that returns outside the Netherlands are not free. A refund will be done only if items sent back are not used, are in perfect state with original labels attached.

Please note that since we charge the same shipping cost for sending all items to you, sending back a partial return will not mean you are entitled to receive back the full delivery cost.

The refund will be done to the same payment method you used while placing your order. If for examples you paid by using a voucher; we will return you a voucher.

Have you received my returned goods?

As soon as your returned items have arrived in our central depot, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you've shipped your items back to us and have not received a confirmation email after one week, please contact our Customer Service, indicating your returned items and the order number.

When can I expect my refund?

The full amount (including the delivery costs, if applicable) will be refunded to your account through the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the package in our warehouse or after submitting a cancellation. Exceptions: During the busy periods such as holidays or sale it may be possible that the process has a small delay.

Is it possible to return or exchange my online order in one of the gsus stores?

Unfortunately it's not possible to return or exchange your online order in one of our stores.

Is it possible to return or exchange items from the gsus stores in the webshop?

Items that are bought in the gsus stores can't be returned or exhanged in the webshop, neither items with complaints. The corresponding store will make sure your item will be returned according to their return policy.
