MERCHANDISE MANAGER/TEAMLEAD MERCHANDISE

We are looking for a merchandise manager that wants to play an important role within the organisational changes we are going through.
The role:
Our merchandise department, consisting of Development and Production, is responsible for developing and releasing 4 gsus collections a year. The department finds itself right in the middle of all our different processes in developing the collection. The manager will be the link between all departments surrounding the merchandise department. The manager will guide and safeguard all production and development related processes.
Requirements:
You will need to have great planning, processing and forecasting skills, an innovative vision on merchandising, strong analyzing skills and a good overview. You understand the production and development processes, and you are willing to combine working on the operation with the daily management of the team. You are passionate about the job and you are a real self-starter.
You have a strong vision on people-management and you are able to motivate and stimulate and develop the members of your team on a daily basis.
We are looking for someone with a big (sourcing) network and a special feeling for our collection. Do you have experience in renewing and improving internal processes, we are likely to be interested.
